A local representative, for local concerns. I am Jessica Stempien, a Pasco
native, living and raising my family in the same neighborhood where I grew
up. My mother was a social worker for people with disabilities and built a
business to serve the underprivileged in her community. She taught me that
responsibility and commitment to the people you serve is what is most
important.
When I see a need for action, I feel it is my responsibility to lead and
serve. I’ve worked with residents and stakeholders in Pasco County to
mitigate challenges like rising flood waters in our local neighborhoods.
Elected officials should be accountable to you, the taxpayer, working for
you to cut through the bureaucracy and find meaningful solutions. Just as
my mom served this community, I intend to serve you as Pasco County
Commissioner.
